Shipping Policy

                       Thank you for shopping with Sirena Noir Books.

 

Order processing:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Customers will be contacted if there is an unexpected delay.

 

Shipping rates:

Sirena Noir Books offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $24.99 or more.

 

Shipping charges for orders below $24.99 are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

 

Delivery:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

 

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after the order has been processed.

 

Sirena Noir Books cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or control delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact info@sirenanoirbooks.com immediately if you notice an error.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.

 

Lost or delayed packages:

If tracking shows no movement or your package has not arrived within the carrier’s expected delivery period, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email info@sirenanoirbooks.com with your order number.

 

Sirena Noir Books will assist with available tracking information and carrier claims when appropriate.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging.

 

Damaged and incorrect items will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

 

Use the 3–5 business day processing time only if you know you can consistently meet it. Otherwise, change it to a timeframe you can reliably manage.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sirena Noir Books.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

To request a return or exchange, email info@sirenanoirbooks.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

 

Return conditions:

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.

 

Candles cannot be returned after they have been burned or used.

Tumblers, notebooks, and pens must be unused and returned in their original condition.

 

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.​​

 

Refund processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

*Items returned outside this policy or showing signs of use may be refused.
